oh yes, as I said Saturday, Tony, we have an off day in our friendship, I do not care for you after this last workout, I know its in my best interest, but now my non existant stomach muscles are screaming at me and cussing me out in languages that are not appropriate to repeat. My arms are shaking so bad from four or was it 5 different types of push-ups, to banana rolls and superman poses. My head is swimming from memory lapse and every muscle from my knees to my neck are saying, ha ha just wait until you try to go to sleep tonight, or try to do your next work out tomorrow.
Anyways, it was a really good workout, it is intense, I have never in my life sweat as much as I am right now, and hopefully in 89 days I will be able to post an extremely changed picture of myself. for now, I'm going to save myself the embarassment of how horrible I do look. Till tomorrow!
oh and food for the day
this morning 1clif protein bar and a yogurt
mid morning snack: string cheese and an apple
post work out meal, cottage cheese, yogurt, small protein shake
dinner: chicken breast marinated in teriyaki, broccoli and a small baked potato
I forgot to eat lunch today because I was not paying attention while cleaning, I'm trying to eat atleast five times a day
I don't even think I could do one "standard" push up at this point... Way to go girlie!
ReplyDeleteWow, that sounds really intense-So the big question is do you have to keep this up the rest of your life to avoid gaining the weight back? Exercise is good, but what you posted sounds like torture. Keep it up - torture generally pays off!
